How we vet our Pagers | The Page

How we vet contractors

Each project is managed by a proven expert.

The vetting process

Company screening

We start with a thorough check of the company’s background. This helps us gather key information to see if their profile suits The Page.

Introductory call

After the background check, we arrange a call to learn more about the business. We ensure our values, goals, and expectations align.

Application

Following the call, contractors submit an application. This includes quote templates, payment plans, accreditations, insurance documents, project photos, two references, and a list of services and areas covered.

Site visit & sign

We visit at least two completed projects per contractor. This allows us to inspect their work quality, client interaction, and team dynamics. After this, we sign a service level agreement (SLA) outlining the requirements contractors must meet.

How we find our Pagers

01

Direct requests

Many contractors reach out to us directly and go through our detailed vetting process. We accept less than 5% of contractors who apply to become a ‘Pager’.

02

Seeking out new experts

We remain committed to finding great talent wherever they are. A dedicated team reaches out to reputed contractors who align with our vision.

03

Referrals

We also receive trusted referrals from our Pagers, homeowners, and even our own employees – all trusted and vetted.
