Lots of companies sell “project management” to win your project. We’d rather be straight with you: your Pager runs your build.

Proper project management is expensive, often £2,000–£4,000 a month. So we match you with a Pager who brings just the management your project needs, whether that’s an owner on the tools or a dedicated site manager.

When something goes wrong

Renovations aren’t always straightforward and no matter how much you prepare, things can pop up. We’re here to help where we can and lean on our relationships with Pagers.

12-month workmanship warranty

Every Pager guarantees their work for 12 months, and we hold them to it.

We don’t run your build

Your Pager manages the day-to-day, from the site to the team to the programme. We’re always available to help fix any issues that arise, or when you’re not sure what to do.

We’re not part of your contract

Your contract and your workmanship warranty are with your Pager. We know what a contract should look like so we’ll make sure you’re protected before you sign, and use our relationship with your Pager to hold them to what’s agreed.

We don’t make judgement calls for you

It’s your home and your project, so the decisions are yours. When you’re unsure about something during the build, we’ll give you an honest view and be your sounding board.

When they do, we lean on our relationship with your Pager as hard as we can. But your contract is with them, not us, and it would be wrong of us to pretend otherwise.
