Book a free briefing call with one of our renovation experts to get clarity on your budget, layouts, and timeline. This is your chance to ask any questions and get a clear project roadmap before any contractor is involved.

Get matched with vetted Pagers
We personally match you with two vetted local builders chosen specifically for your project type and location. Every contractor on The Page undergoes a rigorous vetting process; including homeowner references, insurance checks, and mid-project reviews.

Compare detailed quotes confidently
Book in Site Visits with your matched Pagers to get accurate and realistic quotes. Your renovation expert will then help you compare your quotes properly, with full transparency on each contractor’s references, past work, and pricing.

Renovate your home
After you’ve reviewed the quotes, you then select your preferred Pager and agree a start date. We will then stay by your side throughout the renovation; asking any questions, and helping solve any issues that arise.

Price Assurance
Minimise surprises with expert quote reviews – We protect you against any hidden or creeping costs throughout the build. Stay in control when a change happens – If a variation arises, you can ask us to review and clarify before committing to any additional payment.
Milestone Payments
Pay for progress you can see – Pre-agreed milestones with us and your Pager, mean you only pay your Pager when you’re happy with the quality.
Proactive Project Support
Support throughout your build – With regular project check-ins, we make sure the build goes smoothly and if there’s any dispute, we resolve it quickly and effectively.
Workmanship Warranty
Every Pager provides a 12 month workmanship warranty – If a warranty request arises, we collaborate with you and your Pager to fix it quickly.
