And just like that, we wave goodbye to another year and say hello to a fresh slate – not without taking a moment to reflect, however. With a backdrop of everything from the battle of Barbenheimer to a viral Pygmy hippo, in 2024 The Page team worked hard behind the scenes to help Londoners create homes they love. We packed a lot in: transforming hundreds of properties, partnering with more expert Pagers and expanding our reach to make renovating easier in even more areas. Read on for our year in review.

In 2024 our expert Pagers helped to bring 296 dreams to life. From Pinterest-worthy bathrooms to cosy kitchens and light-filled extensions to artful bespoke joinery, the briefs ranged far and wide, but the end results were the same: spaces to love and feel proud of. Here’s a snapshot of some of the highlights.

Delicious kitchens

It’s said that the kitchen is the heart of the home and that’s certainly true for the spaces our Pagers revamped last year. Our skilled contractors transformed tired kitchens into homeowners’ dream designs that tick both the practical and aesthetic boxes – complete with everything from vibrantly coloured cabinets to breakfast bars.

It’s rare to have the luxury of lots of space in a London bathroom, but that didn’t deter our design-savvy homeowners when thinking up stunning, square foot-maximising moodboards. Whether it was a closet shower that didn’t skimp on style or white tile-drenching for the illusion of space, our Pagers’ expertise brought each project to life seamlessly.

23 brilliant new Pagers onboarded 

We collaborate with London’s best contractors: our Pagers are highly skilled people who are experts in their fields and genuinely passionate about their work. Our dedicated team beavered away in 2024 to scope out new talent, all across London, to be able to deliver even more dream homes. The hard work paid off: we’ve now got 23 talented new Pagers on our team. Each of which has been thoroughly vetted and checked to ensure they’ve got the qualifications and experience to do an excellent job. 

Premium builders who know extensions inside out, mansion block renovation specialists, experts on listed buildings and south-west London bathroom gurus are just some of the Pagers we’re now proud to have on board. And the partnership goes deeper than the bricks and mortar of each project. We chat to our Pagers daily and support their business development by helping them to level up processes that we know are important to homeowners. Think well-formulated and precise quotes, clarity on payment terms for both parties at the start, and tips on effective communication. 

An end-to-end renovation process, nailed: we partnered with estate agents, interior designers and architects 

In 2024, some of the questions our renovation coaches were most asked revolved around the process of doing up their home and how best to manage each stage. If you’re buying a property you intend to extend, for example, you might speak to an estate agent, contractor, architect and interior designer, then need to make sure each person is aligned on your plans.  

In 2024 we made the system more efficient for everyone involved in a renovation by connecting the right people at the right time. You now get a pre-exchange quote with our partner estate agents to understand whether or not your remodelling plans are feasible logistically and from a budget perspective, before you buy the property.  And if you need an interior designer or architect for your build, we can easily connect you to one of our pro partners, who work seamlessly with our Pagers.
