When we were looking at houses, we knew we didn’t want a doer-upper but we realised that you massively paid a premium for something that was relatively modern or recently refurbished. We loved this property as it had been extended already, but we could make some upgrades and put our stamp on it within our budget. 

We were 100% sure we wanted to redo the three bathrooms and the kitchen so we got in touch with The Page before we’d even got the keys. My husband and I were both completely new to the renovation process and we just wanted to find a reputable, trustworthy builder. 

As soon as we got started, we realised there was other work we wanted to do. It actually turned into a full renovation, there wasn’t a room we didn’t touch! So it was very helpful that our Pager Andrius and his team were able to do everything.
