I’d bought a ground floor flat in Chiswick that had been lovingly lived in by an elderly couple for years. It had real character, but the layout didn’t work for how I wanted to live; a small closed-off kitchen, a single bedroom, and a sitting room that felt disconnected. The plan was to extend into the garden to create an open-plan kitchen and living space, and in doing so free up enough of the original footprint for a second bedroom.
It was my first renovation and finding a builder I could trust felt overwhelming. The Page matched me with the right Pager and guided me throughout. The result is a flat that feels completely transformed – light, open, and a home I’m genuinely proud of.
